Construction Details
p3E-IRES-EGFPCAAXpA was made by fusion PCR of the EMCV IRES sequence (IRES2 from Clontech), and EGFPCAAX-SV40 late polyA, followed by a BP reaction. Sequencing finds a single bp change in the IRES (G481A), but this construct is functional.
