Construction Details
pDestTol2CG2 was made from pDestTol2CG by cutting with AfeI/NgoMI and religating; this removed ~2kb comprising medaka tyrosinase genomic sequence and part of the f1 ori. This reduced the size of the construct without affecting its functionality.
