PME-nlsEGFP
Construction Details
pME-nlsEGFP was made by PCR amplification of an nls-EGFP (EGFP with nuclear-localization signal) cassette, using primers that add att sites, followed by a BP reaction. Sequencing confirms that all bases of the insert are correct.
