P3E-MTpA
Construction Details
p3E-MTpA was made by PCR-amplifying the 6x myc tag and SV40 late polyadenylation signal from pCS2+MT, using primers to add att sequences, followed by a BP reaction. Sequencing confirms that all bases of the insert are correct.
