PDestTol2CG*
Construction Details
pDestTol2CG was made by PCRing the cmlc2:egfp-pA cassette, adding BglII sites in the primers, then cloning into the unique BglII site of pDestTol2pA and selecting for reverse orientation relative to the gate and existing polyA signal. The cmlc2:egfp cassette has not been sequenced, but works in functional tests.
